We invite you to meet our board of directors. As a nonprofit organization, CAHEC relies on the efforts of numerous staff and partners. We are proud to introduce you to our committed group of volunteers who lead the organization at the board level.
Jean Junior Morisset is a Political Engineer and comparative politics by trade and is presently working at a diplomatic capacity level at the Organization of American States (0AS) and has held various political consultancy positions in Haiti and the United Nations. As a fervent believer in participatory development, in 2015 Mr. Morisset became a mayor candidate for the Municipality of Petion-Ville. His leadership is vital to the overall success of CAHEC.
Having worked at various levels in the public and private sector of the Caribbean, United States and lived for several years in Europe. Furthermore, she is a former investment advisor and bilateral agencies liaison in the Caribbean. Mrs. Celestin Lavrentyeva brings a unique and varied perspective to CAHEC and the Caribbean community. She is in charge of all aspects of CAHEC's annual finance which includes financial transparency, internal controls, financial reporting, and strategic thinking.
Aligning strategy, talent, and resources for enterprise-wide results. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the operations of CAHEC's robust organization. Mrs. Bourguillion directs numerous initiatives to purposefully enhance CAHEC’s imprint and infrastructure in the Caribbean community and globally.
